The OP's problem with finding the network devices may be that the devices don't support the Link Layer Discovery that was introduced with Vista. Am I doing something else wrong? Enable Smb Windows 7 If possible, install the printer to a computer using Windows 7, (or Vista if you don't yet have Windows 7), and then go to the configuration properties of the printer under Setup Smb Windows 7 Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa 3.
