I'd start with the drivers as that would be the easier solution, other than actually replacing your card.

If you don't know what the settings are for your sticks just find your RAM on Newegg or something and the voltage, timings, and speed should all be there. ok, so your saying its an os issue while jawnTEM says its either the actual video card or the drivers for it. Demon? I don't think you really need to run prime95 if you're running memtest.

My guess was the power phases on the board were crapping out and not sending stable power to the CPU. It's basically a process of elimination! The issues you're having is exactly why I recommend people to build their own.
