When I click Downloads in the left hand bar, it takes me to my user folder, which is labeled as Downloads... this content They will be left untouched. There is nothing related to the operating system. I have also posted this in the Win10 Forum where the original thread started.

The "Documents" folder does not have a Location tab on its properties sheet and it will not allow a rename to "My Documents" which it says already exists.
