If you just built it you should be able to get it swapped out easily since you'd be within 30-days. Sometimes it's just a blue screen. Make sure you check the ram is in the correct slots for your board and go into BIOS to check RAM settings match the RAM you're using. Just to make sure that we are on the same page..., Is this, "Custom Built PC" one you built?
