If more than one program is trying to do all this monitoring while you're using your computer, they can conflict. Also, as I wrote in my original comment, I did not misunderstand your commercial plug for Malwarebytes. It's using a stupid amount of RAM for no reason, so I'm pretty convinced I've got some Malware hiding somewhere.
