I have Adaware, Avira antivirus free, and malwarebytes and office installed. I tried finding updates for my ASUS, and really there isn't much to install (except some new driver firmware). Here is the event viewer info for the latest crash: System - Provider ... Does it have any repair functions? I am staying away from it right now. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0x%x.
